of Law, (Juris Doctor, 1993), Villanova University (B.A. 1988). Mr Cherico
is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District
of New York, United States Court for the Southern District of New York
and United States Court for the District of Connecticut. A former Assistant
District Attorney, Westchester County (1993-1998) under Hon. Jeanine Pirro,
Mr. Cherico is a current Board Member of both the Columbian Italian-American
Lawyers Association of Westchester County and Brehon Irish-American Law
Society of Westchester County. Mr. Cherico is primarily a litigator and
has litigated numerous complex commercial, contract, environmental, matrimonial
and general litigation matters, including the landmark Global Landfill
litigation in the State of New Jersey. A former prosecutor, Mr. Cherico
has during the course of his 16 year career handled multiple jury and non-jury
criminal trials to verdict. In addition, Mr. Cherico is responsible for
overseeing the firm's active real estate and domestic relations
practice, including mediation and collaborative law.

Admitted to the Connecticut State Bar in 1993 and the New York State
Bar in 1994, Quinnipiac University School of Law (Juris Doctor, 1993),
Lynchburg College (B.A., 1990). Mrs. Cherico specializes in all aspects
of Real Estate Law. Mrs. Cherico began her legal career as a land use
and zoning attorney representing large developers throughout Westchester
County and perfected those skills over the past decade. During the past
five years in particular, Mrs. Cherico has concentrated her professional
efforts in representing purchasers, sellers and lending institutions
in all phases of real estate sales, purchases, acquisitions and conveyances.
Mrs. Cherico also serves as the managing partner of the firm, addressing
all business decisions and managing the building in which the firm operates.

in 2004, University of Connecticut School of Law (Juris Doctor, 2003),
Muhlenberg College (B.A. 2000). A member of the Federal bar in Connecticut
and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the New York State
Bar Association, and the Real Property and Probate, Trusts, and Estates
sections of the Westchester County Bar Association, Mr. Fendt has handled
a wide array of matters in his tenure with the firm, including arbitration,
appellate advocacy, motion practice, uncontested divorces, debt collection,
probate and intestacy proceedings, landlord tenant matters and Federal
and state civil and criminal litigation before the courts of the United
States, New York, and Connecticut.
